"We Are Afghan Women" book release
The book is out! For a year we've been waiting for the Bush Institute to finish and release the book "We Are Afghan Women: Voices of Hope". We were lucky enough to attend the book launch at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on International Women's Day. The evening featured Mrs. Laura Bush in conversation with Razia Jan (who is featured in the new book) and moderated by Greta Van Susteren. It was particularly fun to be there since the book also features an organization near and dear to my heart - Women for Afghan Women.
