Jen, an unsung Covid-19 hero

Jen Jenks is one of those rare people who when things get tough always rises to the occasion. A professionally trained chef, Jen found herself without work when the pandemic hit but instead of sitting idly by, she decided to use her talents to help others. For a year, she has been raising money and cooking meals each day for the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission in Los Angeles. She has prepared over 6,000 meals to date and is still cooking! Proud to call her family.
